The sloping areas of the roof are tiled in red Italian baked clay ceramic tiles. External balustrades are in handmade wrought iron with high quality primer and hard wearing oven baked paint enamel finish. The veranda areas are separated by vertical flower beds finished in natural stone so that the planting will provide a visual screen between the houses. The verandas, swimming pool and parking areas are finished in hard wearing ceramic tiles.
